Environmentally friendly and green in both Color and Nature
As well as all the bituminous based green roofing water-proofing systems such as Moy Material’s Paralon based Diadem system, Bauder Zero X Sedum, Sika- Sarnafil and Soprema ‘Jardin’,Bidcon/Cronnelly Sheeting also install green Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing systems which are fully recyclable. We then overlay these TPO waterproofing membranes with sedum blankets/ plug planted systems or indeed roll out grass. The main roofing suppliers and 
manufacturers including the above mentioned have TPOs as part of their product range. There have been major leaps forward in anti root technology which ensures the waterproofing membrane will not be compromised by active root growth. This coupled with the correct installation of reservoir boards and filtration fleeces, ensure that a roof is no more than a stark looking but functional element of the construction process.. The obvious ‘Green’ advantages associated with roof gardens ensure that many future projects, both new and refurbishment in nature, will take the form of green roofing.
