Rainscreen Systems
Rainscreen systems provide an aesthetic and functional outside wall of a building. The panels are designed to allow air flow and ventilation though out the cavity, this also allows for excess rainwater to flow though the back of the panel to a sill drip where it is deposited.Due to the nature of the build the panels are usually installed over a concrete wall. This means that the building is already sealed against rain water, so the waterproofing does not need to be considered. However, Rainscreen is ideal for protecting the structural backing wall against the elements.
Rainscreen is ideal for giving a building a unique look quickly and allowing for a dull facade to be lifted and redesigned. Due to its flexibility it can be used on any shape of surface and comes in a number of styles. Available in a wide range of materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, copper, zinc, brass, bronze, and corten steel. We also supply a number of finishes such as anodised, patinated, Pvdf, polyester painted, polished, perforated, and preweathered. Custom colours in paint finishes are also available, these are ideal for branding, uniformity and planning compliance.
